3,2,1...! 3 School, 2 Family, 1 World -23rd July
BIrthday party, Ludo, Netflix, and Speak Now (taylor's version)!
A weekly newsletter from a 13 year old trying to balance school, parents, activities & the world…and of course, homework. An honest description of how I see the world.
~3 on School Holidays!~
We recently went to our aunt’s dog’s birthday party! There was another dog so it was really funny because the cake was made out of dog food, so there was a huge fight between the dogs to who would have the most, and all the small kids got scared so it was really funny!
A few days ago my brother and I were watching lots of TV, and my mom was going out so she said to switch it off before she comes back. Obviously we nodded, to pretend we listened. Then when we heard the doorbell ring we quickly scrambled to switch it off and then act like we were doing something else!🤣🤣
Everyone says that Miraculous ladybug is a babies show, but my brother and I still love it! I was calling my cousin while we were watching the other day and she was so shocked, “Why are you watching a kids show!” she kept saying things like that but we kept watching😊!
~2 on Family~ No Good Nick
A few days ago my grandma, my brother and I were playing Ludo, and we use our skills to make sure our grandma doesn’t kill us. Whenever she is about to take our pawn off the board, we are like “Please!! We didn’t do anything!” then she doesn’t and we play and win!😅🎉🎉
Lately I have been watching No Good Nick, a Netflix series with my brother and it’s so funny! It’s about a girl who is actually a con-artist but pretends to live with this family to slowly steal from them. It’s two season and definitely worth the watch!
~1 on World~ Speak Now Taylor’s Version!
On July 7th Swifties all over the world went crazy for one of Taylor Swift’s most succesful albums, Speak Now (taylor’s version)! Along with the songs that were originally on the album, she added six extra songs from the vault, which bascially means songs that were never there before! My personal favourites are I Can See You, Electric Touch and Timeless💜
~SONG OF THE WEEK~
I Can See You By Taylor Swift. It’s such an amazing song with Joey King, Taylor Lautner and Presley Cash’s amazing acting for a heist music video!
~FACT OF THE WEEK~
Australia is wider than the moon. The moon sits at 3400km in diameter, while Australia’s diameter from east to west is almost 4000km. That’s so interesting to know!
