~3 on School~ Worried about Watches & War
So in school my friends and I were on the way to lunch in the canteen, when they started make me laugh INSANELY hard!! A few blog’s ago I wrote (in the family section) that my brother had joined the same school as me, so this was one of the rare time when I met him in school but not in class. So I was red, practically falling on the floor because of laughter, and then my brother comes up and says “Hello” and then I’m like “Hi!-How’s school-*starts laughing a lot* Have fun-*snort giggle snort* BYE!” Then we run off the the canteen before I could embarrass myself anymore🤣🤣🤣🤣
In one of our classes called UoS, which stands for Unit of Study, we are currently studying World War 2, and we were assigned to choose a period in time to be in (I chose when the British invaded India, also known as the British Raj) and then write it on the board for our teacher to see. So all the boys first put it theirs on the board, then the girls (when the teacher said the boys were faster, the girls protested and said that “We thought hard about it!”) While we were waiting for the teacher to come back after she left, everyone was playing footsies (basically tag but with your foot) and so what everyone would do was tag someone with their foot then say “T-quit!” which means then basically no one can tag you after that. So then we thought of this really funny meme (that HAS to be invented some day) that; a solider goes to WW2 and starts fighting and killing people, but then all of a sudden the soldiers sun glasses comes off and then the soldier says “T-quit! Everyone pause the war!”🤣🤣
So in the Chinese New Year, I bought a new watch! Its awesome and I love it, but this week, I lost it. *dramatic pause* The story is, at lunch to Tuesday after playing so much, my palms got really sweaty and I took my watch off. Then I was having much fun with my friends that I left it on the lunch table and forgot to wear it back on! I only realised I didn’t have it after lunch, just before we had to go to Chinese class. My Chinese teacher is really nice and let me go down for ten minutes and check where it was. I checked at the table. Nothing. I asked some cleaners. Nothing. I checked at the Lost and Found. Nothing. I checked at the Office. Can you guess? Nothing. I was sooooo sad and angry when I reached home😢😢. Then the next day (Wednesday) I went to school normally, but then just out of hope I went to the lost and found at the end of the day and……. THERE IS WAS!!!!!!🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩😁😁😁😁
~2 on Family~ Raya and the Last Dragon
Today (like 5 hours ago) My family and I went to a nice restaurant called the Pantry, which a wide variety fo food, and it has two playgrounds. One right next to the eating area, and one behind which is really big. I had pancakes (for lunch!) Then my brother made me take him to the bigger playground after lunch and we took two rounds and got soooooo exhausted!!

Yesterday we went to the cinema and watched Raya and the Last Dragon! It was astonishing! I really liked it when…. not gonna spoil it! I recommended to anyone for all ages. Even my parents loved it!
~1 on World~ Destination Mars~
Two out of three spacecrafts due to arrive at Mars this moth have successfully entered the Red Planet’s orbit. The Al-Amal (which means hope in Arabic) was launched by United Arab Emirates, Tianwen-1 (which means “questions to heaven”) is a Chinese aircraft. And Mars 2020, which was carrying the Perseverance rover, launched by NASA. I bet a lot of people are thinking, “Why the sudden rush to Mars?” well, the answer is simple. The distance between earth and mars is constantly changing as the two planets travel along tier own paths around the Sun. Last July, Earth and Mars happened to line up on the same side of the sun and closer together than usual. This alignment happens once every 2.2 years. The average travel time to Mars is usually around nine months, but by launching when they did, these missions were able to cut the journey time down to seven months.
~SONG OF THE WEEK~
Call It What You Want by Taylor Swift
~FACT OF THE WEEK~
Cottom candy was invented by a dentist! Dentist William Morrison and confectioner John C. Wharton invented machine-spun cotton candy in 1897. It was first introduced at the 1904 World's Fair as "Fairy Floss." Then, another dentist, Josef Lascaux, reinvented the machine in 1921. He came up with the name "cotton candy," which replaced "fairy floss." I mean, dentists are always telling us “Don’t eat popcorn! Don’t eat sugar! Don’t eat candy!” basically don’t eat anything unhealthy or sweet! And to believe it was a dentist who invented cotton candy in the first place!
